Anders Nielsen

Anders Nielsen is an ecologist currently working as Head of Department/Head of Research at the Department of Landscape and Biodiversity at NIBIO. His main research interest is pollination ecology where he tries to understand how external drivers affect plant-pollinator interactions both in crops and wild plant communities. He has worked in a variety of ecosystems from the alpine, boreal forests and fruit orchards in Norway, to watermelon farms in Tanzania, Oil palm plantations in Indonesia and Soy fields in Argentina.
